Travel & Lifestyle Photography
What is expected of us?
In order for us to communicate as clearly as possible, I always suggest my clients to send me a brief. Some sort of indication of what you are looking for. Usually, I ask of you to send me examples, visual ones, perhaps photographs of products you have seen that you like. Links to websites and product pages are always welcomed as long as it is clear as which of perhaps many photographs you are referring to.
How long does a photography session normally last?
A photography session normally last 2-8 hours/daily depending on the kind of images and the amount of images you need. Meaning it can take 2 hours or it can take 2-3 days and 8 hours per day to photograph your products.
When can I expect to receive my photographs?
Once all requested images are photographed. I will go through the images and select the best ones. I will send you these images so as that you will be able to choose your favourite ones. Once selected, I will work on the final touches which takes up to 1-2 weeks depending on how many photographs you choose, and what the final requirements are. The amount of images you select in the end is the ones I will charge you.
How much does it cost?
I always charge a per-hour-rate of 840 SEK/h for the photography session. Notwithstanding the amount of photographs chosen in the end. I charge a price-per-image. And depending on the amount of photographs you are choosing, the price-per-image change. For 1-10 photographs you charge 320 SEK per image. For 10-20 photographs you charge 280 SEK per image. For 20-50 photographs you charge 220 SEK per image. For 50-100 photographs you charge 180 SEK per image. For all images above the amount of 100, you will be charged 150 SEK per image. If you are in need of creating an image from multiple already existing images, making a collage so to speak, is also charged as price-per-image.
Do I charge travel expenses?
I always charge for the expenses that occur when asked to travel to other destinations outside of Stockholm city center, such as car rental fees, flight or train tickets and taxi rides.
